What is a VA (Virtual Assistant) ?
A Virtual Assistant (typically abbreviated to VA) is an entrepreneur (micro-business owner) who provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients from a home office. We are not employees, but hired to work on specific projects and agreed upon hours.
Under the Umbrella of a VA, I provide small business owners online business management and social media marketing account management services.
What is an OBM (Online Business Manager) ?
The official definition of an Online Business Manager (OBM) is:
A virtually based support professional who manages online based businesses, including the day-to-day management of projects, operations, team members and metrics.

Why me?
I have 20 years experience in the high tech industry, primarily Silicon Valley. I developed a thick skin at Oracle, SAP, Adobe, and Electronic Art. I also have start up experience. Over-all, I have been in the trenches and understand business cycles for sales, marketing, corporate communications, business development, human resources and training. I have been exposed to cutting edge technology and have usury experience with several software platforms and utilized tools for maximum efficiency. This in turn developed the mind-set I needed to become the right type of business owner to hit the ground running and get up to speed with my clients and recognize areas within their business that needed improvement. How do you work with me?
Give me a call – fill out my intake form, this will give me an overview of “you and your business”. I prefer to maxmize our time together and have information about you in advance so I can offer you solutions, options, etc.
The client intake questionnaire helps me look at your business from a bird’s eye view. I value our time and want our initial call to be about solutions and strategy. Once we agree to partner together, a Work for Hire agreement, a FreshBook Estimate and/or Invoice will be submitted for a final review and work commences upon a signed contract and 50% deposit payment issued via FreshBooks or PayPal.
