How we work together:
Before we embark on a partnership, I will send you a social media intake questionnaire form which will begin the assessment and recommendation process. After our initial consultation call, I will offer you a Scope of Work outlining recommendations and fees; upon a verbal agreement I will do the following:
Submit A Work for Hire Agreement which must be signed before our partnership begins
Invoice you 50% – Payment is due before project begins. Invoiced twice/month
Beginning process:
- Social Media Intake Questionnaire is completed by you via online link
- I write out a proposal, scope of work, action timelines and deliverable’s which is discussed during our phone consultation.
- Upon a mutual agreement to begin our working partnership, an updated Scope of Work will be sent to you for your approval,a Work for Hire Agreement and an invoice for 50% payment request
- Hourly rates apply to piece meal projects:
- Online Marketing Services:
- Press Release Submissions
- Submit Video to Video directories
- Bookmark past content (blog,articles,press releases,videos)
- Article Submissions in top 5 directories and niche sites;
- Event Promotions (Webinars,Tele-class, Workshops, Seminars, Meetup’s, Special Studies)
- Retainer packages guarantee that my services and time are set aside for you – we can custom a package that consists of article, video, press release submissions, event promotions, and social media services as some of these tasks take a significant amount of time to plan, prepare and execute.

Minimum hours start at 20 hours (can be used per week OR month but do NOT roll over)

I offer retainer packages starting from 20 to 40 hours per month for social media services
Coaching/Consulting services:

Social Media Strategy – 2 hours – brainstorm tactics, strategies, tools; identify target market and execution
- Social Media Training one-on-one or group is a separate fee
A comprehensive social media workbook, listing out your user ID, passcodes, list of profiles under appropriate autoposting tools, social media tools (Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Twitterfeed, etc.) and activities up to date (to avoid duplication) will be submitted upon receipt of final payment.
A retainer has significant savings and I prefer to work with clients who see me as an extension to the success of their business.
